It involves breathing techniques and meditation along with exercise and proper diet foods for good health. On 11th December 2014, United Nations General Assembly every June 21st as World International Yoga Day.

Importance of Yoga:

The word Yoga is derived from a Sanskrit word Yuj its meaning is unity. Yoga helps in achieving union in mind and physical body with a sense of consciousness. Yoga practice makes us strong and keeps us physically fit, maintains blood circulation all over the body, reduces stress, and keeps us away from diseases. The aim of “International Yoga Day” is to make people aware of the benefits of yoga in the world. Several yoga camps were also organized year in different parts of the country on June 21st. But this year due to this pandemic situation every people are advised to do yoga safely in their respective homes.

 

 

Yoga helps to calm down and relax our bodies. Yoga also increases the concentration power and to focus their mind in oneway. It helps to live a healthy lifestyle and better life forever, Yoga is a practice to bring body parts together to make a balance the element of mind, body, and soul. Moreover, Yoga helps us to get rid of stress and anxiety. Perhaps, yoga gained good popularity gradually from the peoples of all-region around the world.

 

On the Contrary, Yoga has an enormous number of benefits it helps to keep away the ailments from us. Yoga helps in sharpening our mind and it also improves our IQ level. Yoga Rejuvenates the body by keeping muscles, bones, joints, and veins flexible and strong. It helps in curing many diseases. It also unites people in harmony and peace.

 

How to celebrate world yoga day 2020:

Every year lots of camps will be allowed to do yoga for peoples. But this year due to the pandemic situation its is important to maintain social distancing and being at their respective home. The Union Ministry of AYUSH has advised people to do Yoga in their homes by following the social distancing and curbing the spread of COVID-19. The website has launched this year due to Coronavirus spread, people have the opportunity to experience the Joy and true effect of Yoga by visiting www.yoga.ayush.gov.in. The Common Yoga Protocol (CYP) is available on the website from June 21, 7.45 am onwards. The Protocol will also be telecasted on several Television channels on Internation Yoga Day. As per the protocol, yoga should be practiced for 45 minutes routine in a Clean mate. After completing the yoga practices a person should take 20 to 30 minutes before eating or bathing.

 

 

Practicing Yoga is not a Difficult task every one of us has to do yoga. Yoga is the best and simplest way to keep our body fit, healthy, and maintain a perfect body balance.
