How to Make a Healthy Salad

Below I share eight of my favorite simple, easy and healthy salad dressing recipes that you can make at home. What these 10 healthy salad dressings don't have is a long list of ingredients that you can't even pronounce, and that's the best part in my opinion. There are countless healthy salad recipes out there that are so delicious you'll instantly forget you have a plate full of leafy greens. The healthiest salads start with dark green leafy vegetables and include brightly colored vegetables and/or fruits.

 

Raw veggies are great and add a nice crunch, but if you want to spice up the taste and make the salad more filling, I recommend adding some boiled veggies as well.
