Hestia: Goddess of the hearth and home. Why slay Hades? No, Hades is one of the good deities out here – never really harmed a mortal for no good reason, quite reasonable and fair. And actually /loves/ his wife, and treats her as an equal! No. Ally with the forces of the Underworld. And why take the gorgon by force? Simply use /diplomacy/, my friend! Speak to them – they can’t be pleased about their sister’s death, can they now? Offer them revenge, revenge against the tyrants of Olympus that made them suffer so unfairly. Promise Hades the throne of the gods; he deserves it and he would rule fairly. Plus, he technically isn’t Olympian – So not overthrowing him would still fit within the challenge. Offerings and sacrifices don't have to be physical things, either. A donation to a charity whose values align with a deity you care about is certainly an acceptable offering! You could also write your own poetry or stories in honor of the gods. The time spent on such endeavors is its own form of sacrifice. And perhaps most importantly, the gods love to be flattered! (Who doesn't?) You could also simply read the gods poetry or stories others have written if it presents the gods in a good light.
